The five things every venue needs
- Type of event. A seated dinner and a standing party need different rooms.
- Date and times. Give your preferred date and say whether you can move it.
- Number of guests. A realistic estimate is better than a wide range.
- Area. Name the part of town or the stations that work for your guests.
- Budget. A total figure, or a figure per person, saves everyone time.
Details that help
- Whether you need food, and of what kind.
- Music: a playlist, a DJ or a band.
- Access needs for any of your guests.
- Anything you want to bring yourself, such as a cake or decorations.
