Private dining rooms, historic houses, hotel ballrooms and bars with a view, all taking birthday bookings across the UK. Start with your guest list.

For the big ones
Rooms with a sense of occasion
Candlelit dining rooms, galleries, country houses and grand halls. The kind of place people remember being invited to.
For a proper party
Drinks, dancing and something different
Private bars, rooftops, late licences and places built around a game or a show, for when dinner is only the start.
Before you book
Three things to settle first
How the price works
Venues charge a minimum spend on food and drink, a flat hire fee, or a price per guest. Ask which one applies and what it includes. Listings show a starting price where the venue publishes one.
How late you can stay
Check the licence and the closing time, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, and whether the room is yours all night.
The music
Ask whether you can bring a DJ or a band, or play your own playlist, and whether there is a sound limit.
Questions about booking
How far ahead should I book a birthday venue?
Friday and Saturday dates go first, so enquire as soon as you have a date and a rough number of guests.
Is it free to enquire?
Yes. Searching, saving venues and sending enquiries is free for organisers. You pay the venue directly, on the terms you agree with it.
Can you find a venue for me?
Yes. Fill in the short brief on the Plan my event page and we will suggest venues that fit.
How do I contact a venue?
Open the listing and send a message. You need a free account so the venue can answer you.
Cannot see the right space?
Send one brief and we will suggest venues that fit your date, numbers and budget.
