Private Room Hire: Payment and Changes Policy
The room hire fee is non-refundable.
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please let us know at least 7 days before the event. We’ll do our best to move your booking to a new date or time, subject to availability.
Changes requested with less than 7 days’ notice can’t be guaranteed, and the hire fee will remain not refundable.
