Arcadia Riverside Conference

Arcadia Riverside Conferences is East London's landmark riverside events venue, in Barking Riverside, with six distinct spaces under one roof. Our flagship Arcadia Ballroom seats up to 350 guests theatre-style and is dressed for conferences, banquets, and awards dinners. Castle Green Hall is a flexible, step-free ground-floor hall with a stage and full-width LED wall, ideal for ceremonies, cabaret dinners and receptions. Four naturally lit meeting rooms (Roding, Becontree, Bastable and Gascoigne) hold 8 to 70 guests and suit boardrooms, breakouts and training days.

Everything is handled by one accountable in-house team, with no third-party mark-ups. Arcadia AV provides a permanent rig for stage, lighting and sound, plus two-camera live recording, so you can broadcast your event rather than just host it. A dedicated event manager looks after floor plans, timelines, suppliers and run-of-show from first enquiry to load-out.

Getting here is easy. We're 42 minutes by Overground from Fenchurch Street, about 22 minutes by car, and can also be reached by Uber Boat to Barking Riverside Pier. Over 50 free parking spaces are available on site.
