Yes. Searching, saving venues and sending enquiries is free for organisers.
How do I contact a venue?
Open the listing and use the reply button to send a message. You need a free account so the venue can answer you.
Can you find a venue for me?
Yes. Fill in the short brief on the Plan my event page and we will suggest venues that fit.
What does minimum spend mean?
It is the amount you agree to spend on food and drink at the venue. If you reach it, there is usually no separate charge for the room.
Who do I pay?
You pay the venue directly, on the terms you agree with it.
Can I save venues and compare them later?
Yes. Add listings to your favourites and find them again in your account.

What does it cost to list a space?
Creating a listing is free.
Can I list more than one space?
Yes. Add each room or area as its own listing, with its own capacity and price.
How long does it take for a listing to appear?
We review each new listing before it is published.
How do I receive enquiries?
Messages from organisers arrive in your account and by email.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes, at any time from your account.
